Marytza - Front Office Coordinator
Marytza was raised in the Bay Area and graduated from Lowell High School in San Francisco. She then completed the dental assistant program at San Francisco City College in 2013 and has been in dentistry ever since. She loves working in the dental field and enjoys making patients feel at ease when it comes to visiting the dentist. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, going on walks and watching movies.
Ana - Patient Care Coordinator
Ana was born and raised in San Pablo/Richmond area. She graduated from Richmond High School and attended Contra Costa College. She has been in the dental field and as a team member of the practice for over 15 years. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is helping others and making them feel comfortable. She is happily married and has two wonderful kids. She loves spending time with her family, exercising, going on hikes and traveling.
Teresa - Registered Dental Assistant
Teresa has been in dentistry for more than 18 years. She attended Contra Costa College Dental Assisting program where she obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license. She always assures patients are fully informed and feel comfortable with all of their dental needs. Teresa will encourage you to ask questions and make sure that all of your concerns are addressed before treatment. As a RDA she will be there to make your dental experience pleasant. When she’s not at work, she loves being with her family and cooking.
Sonia - Registered Dental Assistant
Sonia was born in El Salvador and came to the United States when she was 12 years old. She attended Jefferson High School in Daly City and graduated from Bryman College in San Francisco to become a Registered Dental Assistant. Sonia has been in the dental field for 19 years and really enjoys helping and getting to know her patients. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son Jonathan.
Veronica - Dental Assistant & Sterilization Technician
Veronica was born and raised in the Bay Area. She graduated from Richmond High School and attended Contra Costa Community College. She has been involved in the dental field since 2008 and really enjoys helping and interacting with patients. She values quality time with her fiancé and her three daughters.
Edwin - Registered Dental Hygienist
Dental hygiene is not just cleaning teeth, it’s about the perfect blend of art and education, and that’s exactly what Edwin provides at our office. In 2021, Edwin earned his Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni in San Francisco. As a student continuing education during the COVID-19 pandemic, he faced many challenges. He learned to be resilient and showed his capability to acclimate to sudden change in his life. This opportunity allowed him to improve his all around skill set of patient communication, comfort, and empathy. Although he loves many aspects of dentistry, he most enjoys getting to know his patients. To him, the heart of patient care is taking a personalized approach because each patient and their smile is unique.
Outside the office, Edwin enjoys hitting the batting cages, hiking, playing board games with his family, and enjoying time with his dog, Dior.
Isabel - Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Isabel completed her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene at West Coast University in Orange County. Passionate about healthcare and her local community, she has actively engaged in volunteer and outreach programs with the goal of impacting people’s lives positively. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog and trying new coffee and boba places.
Carla - Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice
"The aspect I most enjoy about dental hygiene is providing outstanding patient-centered care to help improve optimal oral health status”. That is what Carla believes, and her attention to detail, care for her patients, and professionalism exhibit that belief every day at our office. Carla received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego. She then furthered her education by obtaining her Dental Hygiene degree in 2018, and has been practicing in the Bay area since then. In 2020, Carla took on the challenge of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist – Alternative practice (RDHAP), earning her an additional license from the University of the Pacific and working with medically complex patients at the University of California San Francisco Dental Oncology department. Carla loves travelling, hiking, running, baking chocolate chip cookies, gardening, and spending time with her husband, toddler, and dog.
